He is a thought leader with extensive experience in Employer Based Housing Solutions, training and Human Resource Management. Thabo understands the intricacies of corporate relationships including trade union and employer negotiations. He has extensive experience in managing high turnover teams and student recruitment.

He is a former Director of Emerging Markets Standard Bank, Vice-President of Channel Life Ltd (SANLAM); Director Cash Bank Ltd (Mutual Bank focused on housing finance); Founder/CEO of Xiriuz Systems (Pty) Ltd (a proprietary banking system),founding Member/Director Investagain (Pty) Ltd- an inner city property development company and Managing Consultant/Board Member Marang- a micro enterprise institution for the development of rural women. Adrian has served as Special Advisor to Minister of Human Settlements, Lindiwe Sisulu. As advisor he has been involved in many of the strategic adavnces in Human Settlements including the forthcoming Property Practitioner Bill and the Human Settlements Development Bank, where he serves as Board Member.
